The Lands End 54 is a shoal draft coastal cruiser.
The production mold can be used to make a motor yacht, motor sailboat, and sailboat. The mold is owned by Lands End Marina, Inc. and the design right is licensed from Clark Mills, its designer. The quality production mold for the Lands End 54 assures that this classic design can be produced using the latest epoxy, vinylester, and polyester resins and hardeners with modern fiberglass materials. Much care has gone into making the hull mold fair, with each yacht benefiting from a yacht quality finish from the mold.
The Lands End 54 was designed by Clark Mills to be a classic, practical, shallow draft sailboat, perfect for sailing the West Coast of Florida.

Much like the coastal cruising schooners of the turn of the century, the Lands End 54 is designed to navigate in shallow water. A three foot draft with a skeg and shoe that protect the rudder will give the owner maximum flexibility and practicality when cruising shallow waters. These unique qualities make this design stand out with world-wide appeal for shallow draft applications.
The sailing characteristics are insured by Clark Mills' original design and by consulting with one of today's most successful racing and cruising sailboat designers, Hokan Sodergren.
